Director of Supply Chain ROLE SUMMARY Trulieve has a tremendous opportunity to drive improvements related to inventory control in a company with ambitious growth objectives.
The National inventory control manager will assist with inventory control for production and will partner with accounting for inventory costing and valuation.
RESPONSIBILITIES Inventory reporting includes days on hand, inventory turnover rate, count results, shrinkage, etc.
which would assist us to optimize operations and revenue.
Inventory movement Quarterly physical inventory counts - own, create, train, distribute standard operating procedures, procedural manuals with screenshots, adjustment analysis.

Monitor Cycle counts Inventory obsolescence Create a materials review board to communicate inventory reserves and write-offs.
Product/item master nomenclature, maintenance, and ownership Communicates with procurement and marketing for new products.
Inventory adjustment categorization and analysis.
Inventory costing and valuation- partners with accounting.
Additional responsibilities as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree in related field preferred (logistics, business management) 3 - 5 years of experience in inventory control position.
Proven experience with inventory control, SOX and SAP in a production environment The ability to work independently and make critical decisions is required.
Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills for successful interface with all internal/external contacts.
Organizational abilities with a strong aptitude for reaching objectives and maintaining a detail-oriented mindset.
Ability to interpret data in order to make judgments.
Highly self-motivated, including the ability to learn and maintain working knowledge of industry standards and trends.
Must be able to pass a level 1 and level 2 background check as well as drug screening.
Must have a valid Florida driver's license and a clean driving record (no violations).
WORK CONDITIONS, REQUIREMENTS & SCHEDULE To perform tasks such as reading, using a computer terminal, and inspecting small parts/details, visual acuity is required, with or without the use of employment aides.
Must be able to converse and communicate verbally at conversational levels with colleagues, vendors, and others.
