The only set hours will be attending our monthly real estate investing meeting held on the 1st Monday of each month from 5 pm to approximately 10 pm.
In the event of a holiday falling on a Monday, the meeting will be rescheduled to the following Monday.
Compensation includes a base rate of $15 per hour plus commission.
We are specifically seeking a social media marketer and video technician to assist with our various companies, including Investment association, our real estate buying, selling, and renting company, and Real Estate Brokerage.
Responsibilities will include:
Attendance at monthly meetings to capture photos and videos and assist with Zoom operations.
Running our social media marketing Editing videos to create engaging content for websites and social media platforms.
Developing and placing advertisements across different social media channels.
Creating captivating video content, including 3D videos, showcasing our properties.
Experience in social media marketing and video editing is essential.
Matterport Axis and Drone experience is a plus but not essential.
Compensation starts at $15 per hour with potential for growth plus the ability to learn the real estate investment market inside and out.
Anticipated workload is approximately 15 to 25 hours per month initially, with the possibility of more hours based on performance.
