A Senior OperationsManager role entails leading with a focus on safety, continuousimprovement, relationship building, communication and strategic thinking. Youwill foster a "safety first" culture through awareness, training andaccountability. Your guidance will help other operational leaders achieveestablished standards of service, quality, accuracy and productivity. You'llleverage a mix of key metrics, Lean Six Sigma, GEMBA walks and other activitiesto understand what's working well and where to improve. Your teams will beenabled to do their best work in an environment of innovation, calculated risk,testing and learning. Getting to know your team and championing their uniquestrengths will motivate and inspire them to reach higher. With your support,both teams and individuals will improve through their clear understanding ofgoals and expectations, mutual accountability and regular constructivefeedback. Your skills for planning and execution will take center stage as youset individual and team priorities and proactively structure resources to meetthem. Open and articulate communication will be key to presenting the bigpicture, and your commitment to "walk the walk" will show solidarity as youspend time on the floor every day, observing and interacting with your teammembers.
About you:
Four year degree, preferably in the areas ofLogistics, Supply Chain, Engineering, Technology, Operations, or relatedBusiness; or a minimum 3-5 years of experience in the manufacturing,production, or distribution environment and applicable management/supervisoryexperience or 18-36 months as an Operations Manager
Experience with performance metricsand process improvement
Strong communication, interpersonal andorganizational skills with ability to handle changing priorities and use ofgood judgment in stressful situations
Ability to motivate others with strongconflict management and problem solving skills
Experience with the full staffinglifecycle, including interviewing, hiring, performance management, promotionsand termination
Must be flexible to work a variety of hours asbusiness demands including overnight, weekends, and holidays
Able to access all areas of the DC, includingmezzanine platforms
Able to read andinterpret necessary policies and procedures to perform updates and operatesystems and other programs within the Distribution Center, for example abilitycross over the conveyors

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
